Over the weekend, the German ZDF TV channel twice aired the next episode of the popular TV show "Willkommen bei Carmen Nebel". The guests of the two-hour event were famous artists from different countries: circus performers, pop stars and classical performers.

Among the guest stars, special attention was paid to the group with the Boney M.'s lead vocalist Liz Mitchell. A medley of the most famous hits of the legendary quartet was performed. The performance was preceded by a short story by the host of the program, Carmen Nebel, who noted that the story of Boney M.'s great international success began in the suburbs of Frankfurt, at the hit factory of Frank Farian, who at first recorded his artists in the studio of the quiet town of Offenbach, and then built his own studio at 30 kilometers from this place, in the town of Rosbach.

As always, the brilliant performance of Liz Mitchell and her bandmates (including, by the way, her sister, who acted as a backing vocalist in the original lineup in the 1970s) ended with a short interview in which the Boney M. star expressed gratitude to Frank Farian and her former colleagues Marcia Barrett, Maizie Williams and Bobby Farrell, "who is in heaven now."

"I am grateful that I could share with them the joy and success that has accompanied Boney M for many years. And I also want to thank the audience to which we owe our success." - summed up Liz.

The program "Willkommen bei Carmen Nebel" was broadcast on Saturday evening prime time and repeated the next day on the main ZDF channel.
