Frank Farian, together with his 22-year-old daughter Yanina, has recorded a new single "Cherish The Life", which is expected to be released soon. 14 years ago, Yanina became known as a member of the group DADDY COOL KIDS, which her father also produced.
"Cherish The Life" is a cover of Kool & The Gang's classic "Cherish" and was recorded at Farian's studio in Miami. In support of this release, a video will soon premiere, which was also filmed in Miami.
2021 will be a special year for the famous producer. The fantastic worldwide success on TikTok of the classic hit "Rasputin" (1978) by his most successful project Boney M. has continued with the release of a remix by UK's DJ Majestic. Since the fall of 2020, the song has become one of the most popular tracks on social networks, streaming services and digital music content download portals.
This year, Frank also celebrates the 25th anniversary of the No Mercy pop trios classic song "Where Do You Go", which is still loved all over the world.
45 years after his giant hit "Rocky", Frank is releasing a new single - a duet with his daughter Janina.
Frank Farian will also celebrate his 80th birthday this July. In the meantime, he will be very busy working on new ideas in his studio. The producer plans to reissue recordings of his first band Frankie Farian & die Schatten, and is also working on new material for the Boney M. project with several lead vocalists.

Frank Farian (biography)
Frank (Frankie) Farian (real name Franz Reuther) is a German music producer, composer and singer. His productions received more than 900 gold and platinum awards. He owns three studios in Brussels, Miami and on the island of Ibiza.
From 1961 Farian appeared under the name "Frankie Farian und die Schatten" as a rock singer with his own band. He produced his first record "Shouting Ghost" in 1963 and distributed it himself.
Farian's productive time as a composer and music producer began with the duo Les Copains and reached its zenith with Boney M. In St. Ingbert in the Saarland, he opened the discotheque Rendezvous, after he had previously managed the Hoch Trepp with his wife Brigitte. Here, his bands and titles were previously tested in public. After Farian had produced some songs, including Boney M.
Since the mid-1970s Farian is a producer of pop music. He founded globally successful groups such as Boney M., Eruption, and Milli Vanilli.
His greatest achievements as a producer Farian had with the single "Rivers of Babylon" (a cover of the Jamaican band The Melodians, which in turn worked in the song Psalm 19 and Psalm 137) and with the album "NightFlight to Venus" by Boney M. (1978). Boney M. was not only successful in the Western nations, but also on the entire African continent, Asia and in the Caribbean.
With the project Far Corporation, in which, among others, Bobby Kimball, David Paich and Steve Lukather from the US band Toto and the drummer Curt Cress and Leslie Mandoki were involved, Farian played mainly rock classics like "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin, "Sebastian" by Cockney Rebel and "Mother and Child Reunion" by Paul Simon. "Stairway to Heaven" was the biggest success with the eighth place in the British hit parade (1985).
In the 90s, the producer created such successful projects as La Bouche and No Mercy, which achieved high positions in the charts on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
In the 2000s and 2010s, the producer launched several projects, including the Brazilian singer Daniel Lopes, the DADDY COOL KIDS group, and the DADDY COOL musical.
«Cherish The Life» является кавер-версией классической песни «Cherish» группы Kool & The Gang и была записана в студии Фариана в Майами.
No Mercy «Where Do You Go»,
