В Великобритании вышел аудио/видеокурс для фитнес-тренировок под мелодии Boney M.






Команда британских профессиональных тренеров B+S выпустила специальный фитнес-курс на CD и DVD под мелодии Boney M.
В записи программы приняля участие Шэйла Бонник (Sheyla Bonnick), которая известна по работе в "протосоставе" знаменитого проекта Фрэнка Фариана (Frank Farian) во врмена становлния группы (1975-й год). Но тогда Шейла не работала в студии и её голос не звучит ни на одном трэке Boney M.
Кстати, несколько лет назад подобную программу на DVD выпустила другая участница оригинального состава - Мэйзи Уилльямс (Maizie Williams).  
Программа призвана мотивировать тех, кому за 30, активнее двигаться, поскольку статистика, озвученная британской информационной службой BBC, звучит устрашающе. Ссылаясь на исследования, проведённые Кембриджским университетом, BBC сообщает, что смертность в Соединённом Королевстве за  12 месяцев (с июня 2016 по июнь 2017) среди людей, страдающих от гиподинамии (отсутствия достаточной физической активности), достигла 700.000. Из них 300.000 были связаны с избыточным весом.
Именно поэтому специалисты пытаются мотивировать "засидевшихся" британцев размяться под зажигательные диско-ритмы.
